To qualify for a Refund/Return, Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of fulfillment. Product must have original packaging and be in original condition. Proof of purchase (order number) will be required for returns or exchanges. Upon request of return, buyer will be provided with our Returns Center address.
Non-qualifying items for return: We cannot grant returns/refunds to items that are not in original condition, have damaged outside or inside packaging, have missing or damaged original equipment. We also cannot grant returns/refunds to items that are free gifts or promotional items. Promotional items include but are not limited to refurbished items, items that are otherwise discounted heavily such as by promotional sales. These items are deemed clearance items that are final sale, are not returnable, and are non-refundable. Gift cards, extended warranties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund or exchange, please go to the Returns Center.
Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected. Orders that had attempted delivery to the customer and were unable to be received, resulting in the parcel being sent back to us, also cannot be refunded until returned and inspected and may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
REFUND PROCESS AND METHOD OF REFUND
Once your return request is received, it will generally be approved over a certain number of days contingent on current volume. In the event we are experiencing a high volume of returns, it may be processed over a greater number of days. We will then notify you with an approval or rejection email.
In your email, you will be notified of our Returns Center address for you to ship your item. If your item is not shipped back to us within 7 days of your return approval date, your return will no longer be eligible for a refund. Once your item is received, it will be sent to processing.
Due to the nature of the device and possible exposure to unknown and possibly hazardous elements, PeaceSleeper must incur additional costs to process, inspect, and disinfect the return. Due to this necessary procedure, replacing pads, and the cost of repackaging the item for resale, there will be a 35% restocking fee deducted from all refunds. If your returned product or packaging was found to be incomplete, or damaged in any way, we will reject your return and send a unit back to you.
Your refund will be issued via original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal) over a certain number of business days.
