1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

2. Can I cancel my order or change my address?

We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

3. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t fret if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

4. Where's my order / How can I track my order?

You should receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information if you have upgraded your shipping method from free shipping which is untracked. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we will locate and provide the tracking information for you. 

5. How do I order more adhesive pads?

To order more pads, simply go here. We also offer a discounted subscription plan for worry-free delivery of your pads every 30 days.

6. How long does shipping usually take?

The estimated shipping time for PeaceSleeper products depends on your location. PeaceSleeper is a U.S. based company and all orders are shipped from the USA, therefore, customers in the U.S. should expect to receive their package within the amount of business days indicated by their chosen shipping method. Non-domestic countries may have longer shipping times, contingent on location.

7. Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically to the U.S. and internationally to most countries. For better delivery service, we advise you to include your phone number in your order details, as we or the shipping carrier may need to call you if we have problems delivering your package.
