How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return physical items.
- Item(s) must be in original quality, and undamaged to qualify
- Items must be returned with all original equipment and packaging
Free gifts and promotional items are not returnable!

How do I make a Warranty Claim for my defective item?
- Please contact us at Support@PuraSleeper.com if you are still covered by your warranty, and we will be happy to replace your defective item.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, once your return is received, contingent on volume and demand, it will take our independent third party returns center approximately 15 business days to process, inspect, disinfect, replace any missing or damaged items, and finally repackage your return.
- Once this is completed, they will notify us and we will then release a credit to the original method of payment in a certain number of business days.
Per our return policy: Our return policy is valid for 7 days. Any return requests after this 7 day period will not be honored. If your returned product or packaging is not in its original condition, was found to be incomplete, damaged, and not resellable in any way, we will reject your return.
After processing is complete and we receive notice of your approval, your refund will be issued via original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal) over a certain number of business days.
